Dear Stone Ridge Residents,
Following the special meeting held on Monday, June 23rd, we’ve received several inquiries regarding its outcome. In the spirit of transparency and open communication, we’re pleased to provide this update.
We’re happy to share that the Trustees received strong support from the community to continue their service.
While the covenants are set to expire in 2030, our immediate focus is not solely on that date. Rather, we are beginning the important process of gathering input and information to help identify what changes may be needed to better reflect the current and future needs of our HOA. This effort will guide us toward thoughtful and effective revisions to our covenants and regulations—ensuring they remain relevant and beneficial to our community in the years ahead.
To support this initiative, we will be forming several resident-led committees. We welcome volunteers to participate—your insights and perspectives are vital. Even a modest time commitment from a few engaged residents can make a meaningful difference.
To streamline the review process, we encourage all residents to register on our community website, enabling participation in online voting. This is a vital step to ensuring everyone’s voice is heard. Those without email access will receive a separate mailing.
