Stone Ridge Owners Association

The Annual Owners Meeting was held on Thursday April 14, 2022. The board presentation including financial summary are located on this site under Documents —> Annual Meetings.

We welcome our newest board member David Jenks and thank Suzanne Weimer for her service.

The next annual meeting will be held at the Clearcreek Township Government Center located at 7593 Bunnel Hill Road (the corner of Bunnell Hill and SR 73).

The Board is composed of three members each serving a three year appointment. The terms are staggered by one year to preserve continuity. Typically every year one board member rotates out presenting the opportunity to elect a new board member. The Stone Ridge covenents and restrictions only allow one realtey sign and one new home builders sign to be placed on a property. NO POLITICAL or ADVERTISING SIGNAGE is permitted. Flags, banners, etc are considered signage.

Stone Ridge Owners' Association Annual Dues are due every April 1

The dues are $250 per lot that is owned and are due April 1st. Payments are to be sent to: Stone Ridge Owners' Association, P.O. Box 113, Springboro, OH 45066. Any payment made after April 15th will be subject to an additional $50 late fee ($300 total).

Nextdoor Stoneridge - a private social network for neighbors

Who We Are

The Stone Ridge Owners Association is an Ohio not-for-profit corporation representing the property owners of "The Woods”, "The Views" and “The Meadows” sections of the Stone Ridge subdivision located just east of Springboro, Ohio, USA. We are located in Clearcreek Township of Warren County which mainly consists of farmland and low density suburban communities. Since 2004, the Stone Ridge Owners Association has been run as a volunteer group made up entirely of property owners. Previously the Association was controlled by the subdivision developer.
