Annual Dues Owed

The annual dues are owed by April 1, 2015. Dues are $250 per year per lot. If the dues are not paid by April 15, 2015, a $50 late fee will be added to the $250 for a total of $300.

Annual Owners Meeting
April 15, 2015

The annual property owners meeting that is required by state law will be held on April 15, 2015 in the Clearcreek Government Center large meeting room located at 7593 Bunnell Hill Road in Clearcreek Township. The building is on the corner of Bunnell Hill Road and SR73. We need to fill two board member positions. Anyone interested in serving on the board should submit a letter to the Stone Ridge Board at PO Box 113, Springboro or email your letter to

13th Annual Garage Sale
May 7, 8 and 9, 2015

The Annual Stone Ridge Owners Garage Sale is being held Thursday, Friday and Saturday, May 7, 8 and 9 2015 from 8:00 AM till 4:00 PM. Place balloons and signs on your mailbox to indicate you are open. Individual signs directing people to your sale may be placed by the property owners. The signs must be removed after the sale is over.

Who We Are

The Stone Ridge Owners Association is an Ohio not-for-profit corporation representing the property owners of "The Woods”, "The Views" and “The Meadows” sections of the Stone Ridge subdivision located just east of Springboro, Ohio, USA. We are located in Clearcreek Township of Warren County which mainly consists of farmland and low density suburban communities.

Since 2004, the
Stone Ridge Owners Association has been run as a volunteer group made up entirely of property owners. Previously the Association was controlled by the subdivision developer.
